Gone to other branches handful of times but even now no surprise using its poor service still the branch here. Certainly the food is identical to the restaurant title 'Delicious' but every time I pay a trip still encounter exactly the same issue. Was as of this placethis afternoon with advertise voucher redemption through Livingsocial for the tea arranged. Have been wait for the meals serve even only a simple sit down elsewhere about 20 min after resulting in a chair. As my knowing,those cakes, sandwiches are prepared made. Did awared another table whom arrive after me with everything offered while me nevertheless chasing my purchase with the lousy reaction '2 minutes' . Wondering may be the distinction of paying full price and voucher redemption? It's just RM 20 cheaper from the menus. Me usually do not mind to cover 'extra' RM 20 to get a better service

THE FINAL time I reserved in Feb 2013, everything went smoothly. We'd several 15 individuals. I reserved on the web site and got my reaction after few emails. I reserved last 30 days for a friend's bday. Simply me and a pal. No responses.We emailed few times, exactly like last 12 months. This time around, really no reaction whatsoever. Okay, probably they noticed my mail however they didn't react? I went right now there and the eating place wasn't even open up. Ridiculously spoiled our programs. Does it harm to reply? Couldn't you merely inform us that the cafe wasn't open in those days? And I thought individuals on this website were over exaggerating concerning the horrible assistance.
