When I study Sean's post with this.. I rapidly jot this location down in my own list, vowing ahead here asap to use. The original plan was for us to possess dinner date right here one night time, but I finished up arriving herealone after getting ditched by another half. Poor me. Degustation is among TTDI's newest restaurant also it was barely a month old when We walked into the eating place. I has been attended by the pleasant and affable proprietor himself who ensured that I got a great time throughout my dinner. Since it had been a weekday evening, there have been only 3 tables which were taken therefore i could quickly gauge the standard of the food and also the chef's abilities. And since I has been on hans solo setting, I possibly could afford to purchase only one starter and something main. ◾Citrus cured hamachi with grapefruit dashi, cucumber, avocado mousse, Kaffir lime essential oil, crimson perilla - seafood lover needs note! All the elements were painstakingly come up with beautifully on a plate for an Instagram worthy sort of dish nonetheless it tasted as effective as it looked. ◾Duck breasts - rendered duck breasts along with butternut squash ribbons, citrus duck jus, bacon shallot crumbs, nangka madu gastrique, garlic chives flower and parsley essential oil. The duck breasts was prepared just how I needed it to be - moderate rare. Mixed everything for a medley of flavours in the mouth area.. but I cannot help but to believe that the meats could be even more tender than chewy. I didn't spend enough time here when i didn't like eating only. There may be room for improvement because they are still brand-new and need to great tune the offerings.

Went with category of 8, we purchase several items from the menus, seabass, dry crazy boar curry, southern fried poultry wings , nachos, tacos, pumkin soup, all tasted wonderful. Service by the dog owner Mr Swadesh and group has been excellent, Chef Alan Chew evencame out there to greet us by the end. Pricing was good and portion has been slightly on d little side for my hubby but it was perfectly for me. Love all of the flavour in the meals. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back.

Located opposing of TTDI wet market place carpark. Require a bit of good fortune to locate a street side car parking nearby. Owner had been helpful and accommodating to children. We'd gentle shell crabs, sausages platter, iberico ribs, duck breasts and medium uncommon ribeye steak. All properly preparedand presented. Waiting around time taken between dishes was a little much longer than expected, but proprietor made your time and effort to move from desk to table to describe why certain meals took a little bit of time and energy to prepare. Wine checklist was limited, and some beers on taps. Would probably visit this eatery once again.
