Booked an exclusive room on top of the flooring for 11 pax. We sat around an enormous desk with 2 in-built electric powered iron pots. Understood the desk was made-to-purchase from China, and the iron pots are accustomed to braise a number of meat dishes. We hadfish in another of the pots, and poultry with potatoes in another. The medial side dishes were equally good - with pickles, flat noodles, pork ribs, nice & sour meat, and corn bread. Addititionally there is the Jinjiang rousi. Shredded pork with lovely bean sauce that you could wrap as well as cucumber and onions and consume it such as a burrito. Had an excellent Sunday afternoon along with Tsingtao beer and Chinese whitened spirit. Definitely the area to go for a geniune Dongbei feast.
