Tucked in a large part of the ninth flooring associated with the Pavilion Elite constructing, close to elevators, Cloud Nine will be primarily centered on its large personal room, but gleam small, pretty, elegant-experiencing entryway bar aswell, that is where I halted 1 day. Despite thefeel, at the very least when we halted by earlyish on a weekend break evening / past due on a weekend break afternoon, the friendly workers welcomed us despite the fact that we were in extremely casual clothes. The content hour prices look exceptional, but fair caution that the beers are usually tiny. The bigger "private room" is situated through double doors by the end of the tiny bar area. From both areas are excellent sights of Bukit Bintang through floor-to-ceiling windows.
