They practically hold most of the popular Hakka Dishes - Vinegar pork trotter (zhu kiok suen), yellow rice wine chicken (wong chao kai), vegetables stuffed with fish paste (yong tau foo), braised pork with black fungus (zha yuk), braised pork with yam (wu tao kao yuk). Out of sudden saw this inn in Tomato and decided to give it a try🔪🔪. Tin this spot is a fewthing extra in this spot you will find is the flavour of the older days, as most of the customer you will find with age. As much as I enjoy ereally other cuisine, Hakka food is comfort food🥄.
