When reminiscing the greasy and satisfying American Tex Mex food while in KL, Chili's Grill and Bar is the safe place to come. Just like its American counterpart, Chili's in KL serves up juicy burgers and fries, steaks and mash, baja shrimp tacos, margaritas, fajitas, nachos, southwestern egg-rolls, cheese fries, enchiladas and so much more. The only disappointment here, is the fact that the bacon here is kosher, aka NO pork bacon, just the beef and there is no Patron margaritas here, but don't fret away yet, you still be able to website your life away with their classic margaritas.Their servers is friendly, however their system of service is disorganized and inefficient. There isn't one server who attends to the table like in the United States, its more like 3-4 different ones every time. Therefore the server lacks in attention when they serve the table, and this can be seen with the lack of refilling the drinks, the same food is brought to the table and also a lack of follow up on the table service. My personal favorite at Chilis is Fajitas, the RM 22.50 Oldtimer burger and the triple dipper for appetizers. The Oldtimer, which is their classic burger, gives me a sense of being back in the United States, having my burger and fries .The burger is a hand-seasoned beef patty seared to my liking. Topped with house-made garlic dill pickles, fresh leaf lettuce, tomato, sliced red onions & mustard. They tend to make a mistake with the done-ness of the burger, but overall the burger is quite tasty, and very filling. The tripple dipper appetizer RM 34.20, is great for sharing between 2-3 people, especial on a social night of eating or meeting friends. Three combination of their appetizer favorites can be combined in a platter. Choose between Chicken Crispers, Wings Over Buffalo, Southwestern Eggroll, Craft Burger Bites, or Spiced Breaded Onion Rings. The platter is served with fresh celery sticks and dipping sauces.The decor is a little too modern for my liking, and hardy resembles the tex-mex American look, I preferred their warm inviting decor they had in the past, it felt more like an american grill and bar, clasped with wood finishing, stained glass, taracota tiles, and a gentle dim lighting. The upside of their decor is that it is clean and neat. The restaurant is located at the mid valley megamall strip, right next to delicious , on the outer concourse, perfect for late night eating since it open till midnight. This is the place to come and eat if you are at mid valley late at night, when everything else is closed. There is no free-wifi here by the way.

Went with my sister cos I've promised her since last year that I'm gonna belanje her 😅. First time eating at Chili's, nice looking place. I really like their table, looks so nice 😁. The service was OK, the wait wasn't too long even though it was quite crowded.We ordered the Triple Dipper (Onion Rings, Chicken Crispers, & Craft Burger Bites), Chicken + Beef Fajitas, & the Texas Trio. For dessert, we ordered the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie.The fajitas were great! No complaints. Just. Really nice, 10/10 would recommend 😋😋. The Triple dipper , also great. The burger bites were awesome, the chicken cripes n onion rings were just great. The Texas Trio was nice too, BUT, it came cold. Not even lukewarm, but just cold. Which, just sorta spoiled the experience really. I mean with the price you're charging the least you could do is make sure the food was served hot yeah? I'm pretty sure they arranged it wrong too, didn't really look like the picture 🙁.The dessert was too sweet, I feel like I'm going to get diabetes on first bite. I'm pretty sure they under baked the cookie, cos it didn't look like a cookie, and I can also feel the crunch of pure sugar when I'm chewing it 😖😖😖.That aside, the food was really good. Might go again if I got a bonus or something 😁.

It's not as good as It was before. Chicken was over cooked. Braised beef was under cooked and the fish was cooked well. I used to love the buffalo wings now it's just burn and dry. Really disappointed as they have a good reputation and now they have changed my mind 😔

Good food, with lots of options, between Chicken and Beef. Chicken Nachos can improve. Pleasant service by the team, very vibrant bunch of youngster's.

I like chili's a lot! The chips is crunchy and free top up. The sandwich and steak as well, but not a big fan of the rice😢. Very friendly staff and a nice place to hang out with friends.

Undoubtedly one of the busiest restaurant in Mid Valley with waiting time in dinner hours going as high as 60minutes.Been here multiple times, have tried their nachos, eggrolls, various dips, quesadillas,fajitas, enchilada and offcourse desserts. My personal favourites- quesadillas and fajitas. Didnt really liked the enchilada though.Bottomless nachos with salsa is the best. Yummy food, a wide range of drinks and superdelicious desserts needless to say I Love Chili's 😊

Food is ok if you're into casual foods. Staff can be a bit overbearing in that they constantly ask for opinions on the meal while you're eating. Kind of pricey for what basically amounts to junk food

A good place...Dinner here.. Out of staff may be because of Ramadan!!Started with Spicy Jalapeño drums.. Not at all spicy.. Don't know why they named it spicy one.. Had Cajun Chicken sandwich.. Pretty good!! It was tasty and fulfilling.. Had chicken Tacos too.. Pretty stomach filling too.. Maybe they should replace the beans with something nicer..Service was quick and good.. Although it was crowded...Keep Hogging,Sanket/1tablesp00n.
