Authentic Cantonese Cuisine (Y)They don't really bring you menu if you don't require it (or you're not used to here). It's similar to what perform you feel like consuming today. You title it the employees will recommend you what things to cook with meat/seafood/vege is either dried out/soup/gravy sauce etc. My children enjoy taking fish at Chef Tam, we generally bring our very own fish.We'd the Claypot Prawn with Dong Enthusiast Noodle (I couldn't recall the name of the dish). I have to say the prawn will be refreshing, dip it with the gravy sauce superb! *Lap Mei FanI recommend this place :P

I would recommend their drinking water cress soup. It is a soup that's therefore common but tough to cook until therefore tasty and delicious. General, the laundry are good. The support is good and employees is polite and helpful too.

Authentic Hong Kong food at Chef Tam. We ate these for lunch time :1. Poultry soup wth mexican conch2. 8 treasure duck (Advance purchase)3. Pork ribs (Progress purchase)4. Tempura oyster5. Tong Ho Vege6. River prawn wth HK lee noodleEvery dish is great. Good service. The cafe is inside Ecosky. Recreation area at the basement.
