The surprise fund for all of us at Pavilion; totally worthy of visiting! The Michelin star chef developer menu is interesting and mouth-watering good for the laundry that we tried. Like the kampachi cerviche , the kale salad and the Wagyu Udon. It’s simplicity of cooking marriedwith top quality ingredients, served quick and taste heavenly. Well done!

Dined upon 27 Dec 2021 solo close to 12:45 pm Ordered salmon sashimi , wagyu ramen and the dessert (observe photos) sashimi was wonderful , beef middle was amazing with complete bodied broth but dessert has been negatively interesting. It presented nicely: syrup to pour on etcbut flavor was too bland that I actually ate just 15% of it Served was astounding Jason was great

It is usually lovely to dine inside calia with refreshing salmon triology and ikura, with Halibut grilled seafood and Aburi Salmon with fresh unagi bowl mix with baked cheesy scallops. Lovely smdeeo fried salted egg yolk poultry was simply incredible with large prawns soup (EbiRamen), rather than forgetting tasty splendid burn off cheese cake with chocolates lava matcha 😋😋😋

We made a decision to give this location another go. The final time we were right here it was prior to the pandemic. And the cafe just opened. This time around the product quality has improved tremendously. Formerly the knowledge felt somewhat pretentious, possibly the restaurant was attempting to liveup to the hype and fanfare it likes in Australia. It had been really refreshing in order to focus on the meals and enjoy it. We felt the meals this time around hit the tag and happy to come back whenever we come in Pavilion. One of the better choices for eating in this mall.

Dined once more on 19 July 2022 around 13:50 solo Ordered salmon sashimi , wagyu steak along with truffle salt and chocolate cake (photos attached) Sashimi was ok However steak came chilly on a dark slate , the wasabi pickle was pointless (for me) Cakewas old , I just took one bite The “umame” fries was something I don’t know I told only 1 piece We told these to waiter , he apologies and that has been it , offering alternative of the cake that i didn’t eat etc had not been there Food looked okay but tasted another thing Overrated

First time dining inside this unexpectedly pleasurable and delectable establishment. The baked scallops had been a delight, the Wagyu bowl served with the sous vide egg has been lip-smackingly tasty and the A5 wagyu had been quite good! The entire blood wagyu had not been too bad also!
