Poor experience with this particular outlet. Lazy employees standing there without performing anything, took a lot more than 30 mins to get ready one set food. Inattentive to consumer, this staff called Arif pretending can’t hear the client is contacting them. Dirty location with littering all around the floor and the ground is sticky.

Self payment device was down. 10 ppl were waiting & maintain retry. Staff do nothing at all to inform that people can purchase at counter & these were chitchatting behind the counter. After that proudly mentioned "oh mesin tu dari tadi takboleh guna".... whaaat
