Bounty sits within the brand new Journal Resort which opened it's doorway end 2015. WHEN I Journal, Bounty sits in a large space to the proper of the lobby. Very first impression was that it's modern, eclectic however cozy. Love the gentle chairs around the location.The pleasant journey didn't stop there. The meals is amazing. I got the spinach salad with burrata cheese, onion soup, grilled prawn risotto and panna cotta. Omg, your kitchen here does not really mess around. All filled with incredible mixture of mainly european but additionally has asian impact. The onion soup certainly deserves a particular mention. Not a regular onion soup at all, offered with toast and poached egg with small hint of acid which cuts through the richness that is the issue I've with the normal french onion soup. Attempt the fusion design panna cotta... silky and smooth... you won't regret it! For the grade of food, taste and design, can't get anymore worth than this. Caution : chef here's rather whimsical and loves to change his menus so better try prior to the dishes are gone

Awesome decor and design, friendly staff and amazing food. My OH mentioned the burger had been the best he's actually had. Being truly a vegetarian, the pasta will be great and the ceased salad altered is really a nice light dish.

Foods taste great and service provided rocks !. The decor and style of this restaurant is indeed cozy and the desk sitting seating will be spacious and comfy. Cleaningness is well looked after.
