Me and my children visited this restaurant today 1 January 2021 (indeed, New Year's Time) for lunch time. We called very first to reserve and our demand was accepted. Whenever we arrived there is no table looking forward to us. This I am aware and can let itpass as the restaurant was very full. But an extremely disappointing and horrible encounter for all of us was that among the staff was extremely rude. When I described to him that people want to sit down outside, for no cause at all, he simply suddenly raised his tone of voice and said, "you need to be clear where do you wish to sit." Take note it had been only at that stage I mentioned where you want to sit. I QUICKLY asked him, why can you talk to us like this? This time around he shouted if you ask me in front side of my children, which made all of the customers to check out us, when he mentioned, "for those who have any issue with me you much better talk with my boss." It had been not really our fault that the cafe was occupied on that day, way more not my error if he had been tired. There is absolutely no place because of this type of behaviour if you are coping with customers! Just very poor provider that ruined our New Yrs Day lunch.

We booked 1 day earlier to make sure a table in the restaurant because the outside seemed therefore messy to me. However when we proceeded to go, there told me there is absolutely no empty desk inside and we must sit outside. However when I insist they gaveus a desk just next to the toilet. Therefore weird sitting table design! However, when we sit down there, we really feel we should have paid attention to the server and seated outdoors. Because there is a small band of ladies who got no courtesy or way. Talking and laughing therefore loud like they're VVIP! So that they don't value others! After that we requested once again to change our chair to outside and the server assisted us to the brand new table. The desk size was the tiniest table for two-individual diner. There is no space left if they simply put our food up for grabs. However, I couldn't price the food when i was still getting hangover from the prior night's celebration. But my girl explained she liked the meals. Besides, they attempted to provide their best service with their customer. The real reason for giving 3 celebrities is their table set up and allowing visitors to disturb their following table (giving a justification with respect to the guest).

Food was alright. The flavour was alright but the meals were both extremely very hot, almost as though microwaved. We were devote the trunk, ants were strolling on the wall. Desired a soda, wasn’t obtainable. Waiter didn’t provide any alternatives. May have experienced a bettereating out encounter but regrettably didn’t. I believe there are better eateries.
