We had an excellent Dinner Time at Blackbyrd yesterday night time. I purchased slow braised beef ribs for myself and my companion purchased their signature iga bakar sambal idjo. For the appertiser both of us decided to acquired prawn toast and lemon cheese souffle for the dessert.Overall both of us pleased with our food specifically the braised beef ribs. It’s extremely tender and prepare to perfection! But also for the dessert, we discover it’s too sour! Individually believe that they should decrease the lemon flavor a lil bits after that people will love more. In this MCO, they exercise high regular of SOP where they gap one desk with our next visitors. Please do remember that they will gather RM25/pax as a deposit as soon as you confirm your booking which amount will undoubtedly be deducted in your last bill.. Will we keep coming back? Hmm.. probably yes.. to use another menu

Overall The foods is definitely above typical; duck leg confit will be strongly suggested, Crispy Nori Crunch furthermore great, except boston lobster had been over cooked . The desserts is good - Es Cendol Waffle and Mango Parfait . Price is known as reasonable for sky dinning.

Couldn't believe among thus many great eateries we thought we would come right here. Servers were totally rude. Should have simply cancelled our supper appointment when I browse the latest evaluation about how exactly unhappy the staffs had been when serving customers. Regardless of how good of the ambience,awful mindset ruins everything. Ordered martini with lemon twist, however came with olives, whenever we delivered it up with the bar tender who set it, "Roy", informing him that he obtained the garnish incorrect but its Alright if its as well troublesome to repair another one.... Do you know what... He actually agreed and questioned the server who got away the incorrect "twist" back again to our desk. Wow! Not merely all staffs behind the bar speaking aloud with msks down on the chins ,they do become they own this location. Oh well. Therefore sorry! ! we won't also stay here any more. Now we realize why they insist upon taking a deposit!! All the best to the owner!

An awful dining experience I'd say and We don’t recommend this location if you don't think the look at that blocked by Felda developing is nice. We called to create reservation but the employees was rude and informed us that people can just walk inside, noreservation is needed. After we arrived we don’t have even a choice to find the seat we wish because the majority of the table had been booked 🙃 After that we received a menu with quite much less choices + drinks, since that is our first-time dining here therefore we don’t know we've other choices and the waiter never ever tell us too. From then on we asked will be this the only real menu? Then your waiter only tell us that people should scan another barcode to obtain online menu. Fine… There is one dishes came wrongly, we told the waiter that people didn’t order this, but his attitude was quite awful and mentioned ‘Why you didn’t explain that is wrong one when I repeat your order?’ Walaoeh…. I'll skip another 2 small small disappointment factors here, but overall not really what we did expect for a location that looked and charged like this.
