My friend ordered the brownies with ice cream and they sent their chocolate cake??? I complained to the manager upon payment yet the manager himself couldn’t care any less. I’ve been to 3 Ben’s: Pavilion, KLCC and now Publika and may I say, I’m most disappointed by Publika’s😩😩. I ordered a caesar salad + chicken & my salad came without the chicken!!!! I only realised it way after I was done which at that point was obviously moreover late🙁. I told the waiter I had to take away yet as I was with 4 other guests and I had to rush off, I realised 30 minutes after I left the premise and in a car, the waiter didn’t even bother giving me my food, even though, I paid for it.

I am not fan of their desserts, yet overall the position has a excellent vibe with decent service and apt for a casual outing. love their chicken salt fries!! Im so recommend bens! Their side cooking was aweseveral as well😀☝.

They did not even apologise. You’d think that the spot won this spot the group has their headquarters would mean delivering most excellent at their eaterys, right? Wrong. RM30 pretty much just burnt.
