Made a decision to try Ben's Poultry Shop (Publika) regarding the first time also to say I has been disappointed can be an understatement. Ordered the 1/4 chicken (authentic) with 1 aspect (mashed potato & gravy) fixed and a poultry pita pocket to-go.1) The odor of the chicken has been so unappetizing but nothing at all in comparison to how it tasted. Smooth, bland, tasteless, meats was so dried out I could not surface finish it. And for reasons uknown it had an extremely foul smell (enjoy it was not refreshing).2) Mashed potato came in the container with some gravy. Once again, the gravy had an extremely pungent odor, and tasted sour. I must say i lost my urge for food. A long way off from mashed potato meals I've enjoyed during the past.3) Pita wallet - Looked similar to the burger! And the tasteless poultry that stuffed the "pita pocket" experienced bones in it.Furthermore, we stood at the counter waiting to order (no staff around the corner) except for your kitchen staff who seemed interested in cleaning despite the fact that he noticed us standing right now there.Honestly i'm just giving it 1 star as the chicken nuggets had not been too bad. This is definitely our very first and last time right here.

Love the whole poultry and sides, specifically yuzu coleslaw!! Stop evaluating it with Nando's. Both are specific within their own ways. Should come back again

Have been here often, sad that the poultry pita burger doesn’t include fries as side plus a glass or two anymore. Price continues to be exactly the same at RM 18. Bold declare that they are the least expensive in city though. I assume inflation is going for a toll on plenty of businesses.RM 18 simply for that is totally not well worth the purchase price at all.

2 of the staff aren't well trained. Buying took too much time to place in to the system, charge card payment machine had not been functioning. Seating tables had been in a mess.Once the meals was served, the poultry was tasteless and burning indication at the outer component. Poor food display! The cutlery set had been like didn’t changed or washed for very long time. Didn’t experience secure dining in this restaurant

Grill poultry with fries, mash potatoes and salad. Garlic dip has been quite nice as the chicken had been abit bland to my flavor.

Affordability grilled chicken collection . Fries was great , wished it was a bit more. Like the salad as well which includes iceberg lettuce, pickled radish and pomegranate. Poultry was juicy rather than dried out. All inclusive rm19. Bummer they don't really serve plain water , have to choose the tetrapak like normal water for RM2 .
