The name of the restaurant says these were from Campbell Street, now Jalan Dang Wangi. Campbell Road, about 4 decades ago, there was previously a stretch out of stalls/shops marketing various food and drinks. Locals in the past call this location Glutton's stretch or part. Thereis/used to have 1 hokkien mee stall known as Ban Kee. Therefore, this place now helps it be sounds and appears nostalgic. The original one who will the frying in the past, very very likely could have passed on. So, this location is operated simply by his kids and grand children. As in the title in Chinese states, hokkien mee, obviously purchase their hokkien mee. For the flavor, it really is good or even superior to most well-known and popular areas that sells exactly the same dish. Furthermore tried their fried rice. Though it might not be their signature dish, nonetheless it is quite okay. Since alone, unable to try other meals they could have. Will arrive back to try others.

1st period visit, Our drink was included with hair (complained in their mind but the waiter only smile and become this is usually not a large issue and only ignore all of us), their hygiene and service are genuine bad - our opinion is definitely they should at the very least apologiseand offer to improve the drink. 2nd time - we have been so lucky, zero issue happen 3rd period visit, We ordered their Talapia seafood so when they didn't clear it properly, the viscose continues to be in there, which develop a sort of "terrible smell" once you taken the meals. Complained to them however the boss simply commented that nowadays their main chef isn't around, therefore the worker may clear it in a "not most convenient way" which trigger the odor and he emphasise, sometime this can happen, it isn't their issue??? Once again, no apology for the poor food and services!!!! Zzźzzz Good luck for individuals who desire to visit, in case you are lucky, you obtain good and clear food (or possibly you doesn't realise the hair is certainly inside the drink)

We visited with my children, seating was poor and food really was filthy. Meat quality will be bad while support is terrible. In the event that you speak English after that all the best in communication. I actually wouldn't recommend this location at all.

Took age groups for my food ahead when the owner a vintage man forgets to set up the order to your kitchen. 2 tables arrived after us had almost all their meals and we must ask where will be our purchase like 4 times. Their Lalaare the only real wonderful thing and edible and well worth approaching for only. The pork meats in soup tasted like drinking water blend with pork lard. The loh mee are usually tasteless and I could taste heavy sesame essential oil. We didn’t finished the meals since it tasted bad rather than worth the long journey here. Total expenses no rice with 2 barley cost RM 44 Will not keep coming back again.
