Having always regular the chettinad nearby, decided to give that one a try. The meals tasted mediocre at greatest, it wasn't exactly using this world. But the cost was. A bowl of vege and poultry finished up costing RM10?!

The meals served was actually tasty in comparison to a few of the other Chettinad restaurants in the Klang Valley. The essential banana leaf rice staples were good. The veggies, dhall, etc. were tasty and we questioned for second helpings. The waiters still left the 'gravies' (poultry curry, fish curry and veggie sambar) for all of us to self-function which meant we do the normal 'nasi banjir' i.electronic. flooded our rice with tasty curry gravies of our selection. The fans were blowing at high rate to be able to circulate the stuffy air in the restaurant. This led to a few of the pappadam (spiced slim crackers) flying off like kites if they were served. The fish cutlets, while tasty, were a little disappointing as there is more potato than fish. The 'Chicken 69' had been just typical. The mutton curry (that they are supposedly well-known for) was also average. The fried crispy bittergourd and okra were tasty and we had loads of these tasty 'Indian veggie tempura' and consumed them such as a snack. The drinks - sizzling ginger tea, popular ginger milk tea, 'teh tarik' (pulled tea), iced lime tea and lime consume - were good and complemented the meals well. Service was good. Waiters had been attentive and effective. The bill didn't provide details and simply mentioned a lump sum quantity so we usually do not actually understand how they developed the full total price of the dinner. The meal had not been cheap for an average neigbourhood restaurant. Banana leaf rice for four people who have a assisting of mutton curry, 'chicken 69', 4 fish cutlets and beverages cost us several cents lacking RM100! This is simply not exactly a 'value-for-cash' eatery. The meals was good, without doubt. But in my own opinion, the entire package (food, provider & ambience) isn't worth the price.

Annapurna serves an excellent variety of vegetarian meals which tasty and really worth the visit. Superb vegan cutlets. Takeaway vegetarian meals ideal in this Navarathri period. Ensure that you pack their curds and moor molaga as well. Great place for breakfast with the typical Indian fare.
