this restaurant is mounted on the regency install jerai resort the meals price is expensive: breakfast buffet RM 29.90 for adult , contain - nasi lemak, mee hoon, toast, rice porridge, baked coffee beans, sausage, fried potato and poultry curry - tea , espresso, applejuice and orange fruit juice (got powdery taste to it) and thats it....zero eggs counter. (brain u its a 4 star hotel) i came across a bug in the porridge, didn't bother to complaint (personally i think useless to complaint) lunch - al carte or even steamboat option (RM 30 per person) - glass of tea/coffe -RM 6 - tea - just hi tea -RM 20 per person - patron prohibited to purchase al carte even beverages during this hour dinner - al carte or even steam boat (rm 40 per person) i feel the purchase price is very costly compare to the product quality taste meals it served. no cafe to purchase drinks and cakes.

Being truly a restaurant at a secondary destination, must have better foods servings.. Ordered thai fried rice, what came had been appears to be rice filled up with belacan, poultry fillets privately with some kinda sauce...seafood was disgusting rather than fresh

The only real restaurant at the peak of Gunung Jerai. Support was slow. Waiters/waitresses have no idea how exactly to serve customers. Consumer arrived to your restaurant puzzle, no-one ask if customer requirements anything. Until we move and ask. Food not conference expectation predicated on theprice. Customer service as of this restaurant have to improve pronto.
