Me & my partner to damai upperstar for supper and nobody there to entertain us for nearly 30minutes..it’s okay, we moved to plaza 333 upperstar..that is somebody finally require our orders, but limited by western food & ice lemon tea(others unavailable). We stillok, therefore we purchased lamb chop & ice lemon tea for just two 2. Once the lamb chop arrived, discovered my partner lamb chop had not been fully cooked..thus we require bill and didnt desire to pay for my partner lamb chop..and we have to go back home - its 11pm. Therefore..has been a dinner to keep in mind..to any extent further, will always think before returning to upperstar again.. Bad service

me and my mother went upperstar arround 12 o’clock. we sit down for 15 minutes looking forward to menu. the waiter simply walk around didn’t care and attention at all. he then pass the menus to customer simply arrive without providing us menus that we’ve await 15minutes! where’syour guideline first come 1st serve right ?! very poor service

We were greeted by 2 big dimension and fierce seeking waiters. It requires us 10 mins to finally place the purchase. The waiter even crack some glasses while helping a celebration with birthday goers. It requires 30 mins for the salmon steak to reach anddrink after another 5 mins. The administration should hire fresh personnel with an increase of plesent looking and perhaps some woman waiters to serve. Definitely will not keep coming back.😔😔😔

The waiter is rude. Train your employees. Atleast coach them how exactly to communicate with the client. We do not value the meals but bad support disgust us which is will undoubtedly be our last visit.

Service has been slow and rude. Foods tastes bad like ready in a rush. Wouldn't why don't we cancel some orders despite not really ready after one hour. Definitely wouldn't normally recommend.

Noisy for workers laugh and chat loudly. Say near at 10 pm but ask to cover expenses while we were simply started eating at 9 pm. Most severe of most haven't finish meals lighting off. This is harmful to Upperstar Menggatal

Was included with my niece to seize some food but large amount of area is closed. Questioned the waiter if there any free of charge space for all of us but she overlooked us at the initial & kept speaking with her university. Asked for the next time after that she repliedalready full. Just what a good manner.
