Its inside the downstairs of the retail center and we went for lunch time. The food was very good and affordable, theres a big selection of what to choose. Nevertheless the service was very slow, it got over 20 mins to provide us our drinks purchase(it wasn't busy) plus they forgot among my orders.

I actually ordered salmon sushi, arrived MARINATED salmon with non-sticky rice, this is simply not salmon sushi but another thing. Plus some of the personnel offered bad services. This place is good if you need to eat something such as Japanese food however in cheaperprice. My Japanese friends explained they are not moving in the restaurant after viewing the menu and the prepared made sushis about the belt.

To begin with service was awful the staffs couldnt actually speak english well therefore i jad trouble attempting to understand them. Second of all it pains me to start to see the absence of knowledge they will have about the foods not knowing how exactly to describe what it containsor how could it be even ready. Thirdly not forgetting about the hygiene if they provided me a desk i accidently sat on some or filthy wet chopsticks! This is unacceptable since it wasnt even occupied! 4th had been that the staff actually forget my purchase whicg wasnt also complicated! This is unacceptable!

Their food high quality has dropped recently and the Beef served by them is indeed hard now that we are able to hardly bite. Besides, additional meals are added with an excessive amount of cabbage ! Also the "cabbage Mind" was contained in their serving plates.

Food was nice so when you can your table it is possible to order on the capsule they offer which is great as you can look over the menu easily. Service was slow & directly after we ordered among items was sold-out - notthe finish of the planet however other products on the menus were blacked out thus must update quicker. Calamari was wonderful but quite chewy, therefore a shame. When it found pay we pressed ‘call bill’ in the app however nobody came for quite a long time therefore we finished up asking the waiter who had to accomplish it again to get our bill - seems plenty of staff but no-one performing a lot however I'll add all of them are friendly, therefore more unorganised than anything. We after that experienced to queue at the front end of the cafe to cover which seemed odd. Overall, an okay dinner but service could possibly be better
