We visited twice within the last 7 days- we tried the Indian meals on our first go to and then returned to sample the Malaysian. On our first go to the waiter was intent on placing us on an isolated table behind the restaurantwith simply no view and zero ambiance. Very strange once we had booked beforehand via the Magellan Golf club Concierge and there have been empty tables overlooking the Harbour. We shortly obtained this rectified and guaranteed a more pleasant desk. No issue the next time as we simply rocked up and headed direct for the window chairs! We really liked the original decoration and the coloured lanterns put in a nice touch- a lot more atmospheric compared to the photos on the internet site. We were extremely impressed with the prawn jalfrezi and both Indian and Malaysian poultry meals were delicious. We especially liked the sensible sauces and the veggie sides, nevertheless we were less thinking about the naan breads- another consistency to the Anglo-Australian range. Without doubt more authentic, however, not what we had been expecting, even though accompaniments were quite tasty. Well worth a trip.

Our family of 10 celebrated my mother’s 70th birthday as of this restaurant. Amazing foods, sensational service brought by Theresa and excellent location. Cannot fault the meals or provider. Loved every moment of it. Many thanks so much. Would recommend this restaurant.

An extremely enjoyable meal for the whole category of 10 ranging in age from 11 to 71 yrs. Many thanks Theresa for assisting us select dishes ideal for the children (much less spicy) and for the grownups. Every dish was tasty. The service was superb. Therestaurant's interior is stunning and the watch out to the harbour can be spectacular. A fantastic choice for a particular occasion.

Nice place indeed, peaceful, elegant and authentic. Excellent service from the staff: a man we forgot the name of, and a female called Theresa: very useful. Good menu supplying a delicate mixture of Malay and Indian cuisines, for meat, seafood and seafood. Excellentgarlic naan incidentally! Good list price f beverages with secure options as beers but additionally a few wines. Overall an excellent experience.

We walked directly into a clear restaurant with a large hall and fine seating set up. We came here since it has been an all Indian menus and didn't feel just like going out to Mom India again. We enjoyed the menu and purchased a seekh kabab andnaan. Their menus pointed out that the Naan should come with pickles and dal therefore we didn't order it separately. Following a long wait once the meals arrived, we had been shocked to start to see the limited level of dal that was included with the 4 giant naan (that's just one volume) . The naan had been bland and tasteless; the kabab has been bland too - it had been just consuming a blob of poultry without ant flavor - they didn't also marinate it nicely. General, it was an awful experience and wouldn't normally recommend to Indian going to Kota Kinabalu. Head to Mother India - they're the only real authentic Indian cafe in the area
