Dropped in and attempted 3 of these dishes. Bak ku teh has been so so. Specific mee soup was baffled. Vegetables was soggy. Flavor had been ok but nothing at all special. My cold beverage was also just Alright.

Stopped off here regarding lunch and happy that we did. Excellent Laksa & Bah Kut Teh. Friendly staff and incredibly busy place.

The "teh" in bak kut teh actually means tea in Hokkien. As a result, bak kut teh is really a soup of herbal treatments with pork ribs and intestines. However, this restaurant supplies a dry-pot bak kut "teh" that the pork ribs and intestines are usually fried within the potwith dark soy along with other seasoning, and the herbal soup is usually omitted. I have already been Singapore and KL but never ever noticed this creative cooking way for bak kut teh. It's quite fascinating and, needless to say, delicious if you want strong-favor (salty dark soy). It's worthy of a shot in case you are going to this restaurant, besides using the traditional ones.
