It is not the initial Secret Recipe we've tried but it is the greatest with regards to friendliness. We barely missed the tea period so no cake + beverage set. But the supervisor treat us a free of charge Latte. Cake is lovely, espresso is nice,however the smiling encounter of the staffs will be the best. We had an enjoyable experience and have a good chat on where you can explore further, take few pictures and say goodbye.

NOT FRIENDLY staff at the cake section. We obtained a very bad services from her. The free of charge hair woman ignoring us while there is no crowded consumer inside. She's discriminate individuals. I'm not fulfillment on how she speak to us. Because of just how ofshe talk not pleasant,even not professional method, its make us does not have any sensation for dine in. Feel better service at centre stage secret recipe.

Staff not friendly there is no greeting that I've got.. I inquire wifi password with some guy ,, after he provide me a password that I request.. I try to link but it's fails..!!!!and when my dinner come I found this vegetables it isn't freshas you can view in this photo.. !!! Staff in this key recipe look zombie stroll and take order .. talk each other not concentrate with guest.. And specific beef noodle it isn't delicious.. Sorry but I cannot give any rate because of this restaurant.. I am hoping when I keep coming back inside this SS it is possible to enhance your staff service.. !!!!!!!! It's so annoying!!!

I drop by simply for purchase cake.. and the employees very friendly.. i purchase the cake . And have for a little decoration.. so when i obtain it.. wow!!! Is incredible. Ehehe thnks for decoration,

Slow service still during quiet night time...?!Waiting food too much time. Staff doing talk constantly in counter rather active and get rid of the waste foods and filthy plates after consumer gone.

Went for supper. Food wasn’t too poor. Kids liked the Macintosh n cheese - I idea it was very bland. I acquired spag bol, which do taste that can compare with a microwave dinner but had been reasonably tasty. My hubby experienced a pizza which he appreciated. Chips/frieswere good. Garlic loaf of bread not so good. Had some cake furthermore which wasn’t as well bad. Place felt reasonably clear and personnel were polite.

we attained 14.25 and today is 15.25 and my partner still doesn’t possess food. they served my Nasi Lemak after half an hour waiting, already an extended wait, then after more a quarter-hour they brought the incorrect dish to my partner... plus they didn’t evenapologize!! we visit the restaurant to consume together never to spend the afternoon waiting and watching your partner eating alone. my Nasi Lemak was great but portion was really small for 20 ringgit; also drinks are overvalued with a straightforward Ice lemon tea for 9 ringgit. and maintenance in the eating place is lacking with the sofas which are unclean and in bad circumstances. no wonder that great shops are leaving 1Borneo for better stores such as Suria or Imago... this Mall is now a desolated place!! Only after one hour the proper food arrived for my partner and just because we complained that the waiter apologized and manager came to provide a cake portion cost-free... I'd say that We appreciate the ultimate posture of the supervisor but this place must care for the service or client will try to escape from here

I called SR1B to provide a surprise for my close friends 27tg loved-one's birthday. The employees did everything I requested, called my pal a day before being an invitation from me and then day everything was ideal. Thank Aling for all your set up you did withyour co-workers. Thank you so significantly, without you men it will not happen. ❤️❤️❤️

Easy to accessibility. The location reaches 1st ground at the mall. Tourists could access this cafe at the front end entrance at exactly the same flooring. Its close to the washroom and next to the starbucks coffee shop.
