ok, so. We attained 9.30am to obtain breakfast (we have been not residing at the resort), the buffet finishes with 10am so we thought we would get a una carte. The reception woman was friendly and had taken us to a waiter (who was simply a guy dressedin different clothing to another people, therefore i think he had been in an increased position, but he had not been the supervisor), he appeared grumpy but appeared to "enable" us to sit back. After 5 even more mins we discovered the head waiter, questioned to cancel the waffle and he arranged the staff to repair the expenses. 5 mins later 3 staff hovering over some type of computer lastly worked out how to proceed, we paid the costs and left. In short: the meals was very good (but a little cold when we first got it, not certain if this is the fault of the waiter again) however the service was horrendous. My assumption is that it's purely a buffet eating place that is not ready for a la carte. will we return back? nope.

Serving the meals without setting the desk. No culinary provided. Not recommended to possess any meal as of this place.. Really poor service. Not worthy of to cover the service charges.
