It was quite later after checking in, 25 % to ten. Just three additional tables occupied. Though not really at peak diners period, I have to visit the waiter station to put my purchase. Ordered the Cantonese Fried Seafood Noodles, pretty good as I washungry. Nevertheless the gravy was as well thick, with strong chunks in it.

Only ate at breakfast while residing at the Promenade Hotel. The service, staff and cleanliness were VERY disappointing. Filled with Chinese, rude, noisy and dirty
