This is among the oldest famous seafood restaurant in Kampong Air, Kota Kinabalu. There are some seafood restaurants in exactly the same open room with protected roof and in addition with sections of atmosphere conditioned compartments. The purchase price will be reasonable and flavor is reasonable tasty

On the 27th March 2016, we went for supper at Xin Dian Di. Once we were heading to the trunk where another eating place was, we approved this Aged Village Seafood Eating place. A Vietnamese lady halted us and promised that the meals there was great, "realchinese cooking and great taste". Moreover, she said the purchase price was cheaper no GST. She mentioned we'd not regret it. Therefore we sat down and purchased. Among the meals we ordered had been a tiger grouper, steamed. It arrived not correctly cooked and I questioned the lady to take a peek. She said she'd steam it for another three minutes. It emerged out another time and was Even now NOT PROPERLY Prepared! I called her once again and she acquired the audacity to insist that seafood should not be as well prepared or it wouldn't taste wonderful. No apologies, nothing at all. I recommended that the fish may not be a good quality seafood and she nearly shouted they provide the best value fish. Definitely no 2nd visit. Totally not accountable or expert at all.

Horribly overpriced and seafood had not been fresh at just about all. avoid by any means. Go to other areas, any place will undoubtedly be better than that one.

Seafoods are usually fresh and meals are excellent. I love the direction they prepared the shrimp and the seabass. It's rainy season whenever we visited KK nevertheless, you do not need to to worry as the place is completely covered. The only real downside is this is a bitexpensive. Unless you mind consuming in the wet marketplace at the baywalk, move there and you may pay half the purchase price.

We ate here yesterday for lunch time. I ordered the poultry sweet and sour, that was okay, but I had far better. My husband got venison with broccoli. Following a long time of waiting around he obtained his dish, that was plenty of broccoli and cauliflowerand a few bits of meat which appeared as if beef jerky. Very first we said to the girl who assisted us, which later ended up being the supervisor, that she may have to us they utilized dried meats. Her reaction was that it had been all fresh and that is it, she simply walked away. My hubby went to your kitchen and requested if he could start to see the venison meats before it had been cooked in the dinner. The chef informed him that they just have beef and demonstrated a can with the dried meats in a few kind of sauce. We didn't eat it, since it had not been at all what we ordered. The girl wanted us to nevertheless shell out the dough, so we informed her that if she'd provide us venison with broccoli we shall pay for it, however, not now. She began to get extremely mad, therefore we paid all of those other check and walked apart. If she would have already been more helpful (and sincere?) to us, we'd never do that, but due to her poor respons and obtaining mad at us, we fell like we'd to.

The place must visit how awful. a location can be! As it was the very first time I go presently there I ordered a unitary dish that always needs special skill to screw up. I ordered fried ocean prawn! We ordered 500 gr (minimum amount orderanyway) You must start to see the table , floor environment . Not really clean at all! A waitress (mid 40s) claims she has been from Philippines has been placed there to "function" nonetheless it was apparent she didn't not need to be there. We tasted soy sauce and there is no flavor at all and We asked her that which was bad with soy sauce and asked it to end up being changed . Do you know what she said? "That is Malaysian soy sauce which is normal" Incidentally when I ordered sea prawn , no-one came to get sea prawn from the aquarium and 31 minutes afterwards , that "server" brought a bowl of something that appears like prawn , that was too mushy , as well oily and I informed her that the seafood isn't alright, I should have the ability to eat this using its skin but that is filled with oil and inedible. She said "this is actually the way we make" I tried to consume few however the whole thing had not been good. THEREFORE I paid and left. It was some sort of experience. Or simply go there to observe how bad it has been or simply avoid it and head to Gayang Seafood to consume decent seafood.

They brought me two (2) shells (After all really two! Not really some type of rhetorical physique - it will need to have already been 30 grams general) fried with some chili and onion, a minuscule plate of whitened rice, a pineapple fruit juice, and I experienced to cover 40Myr (double of what I'd pay for a primary dish in another cafe). The shells were borderline uneatable - hard, hard to chew, and tasteless. The support was sloppy. Avoid!

It appears that everywhere 'recommended' by my reading through gets totally rammed or even has huge queues thus am risking it in the old village seafood eating place that is worryingly quiet versus another places inside the vicinity. It appears to be mainly visitors here whereas allthe locations close to it are filled with locals and i had been ignored when wanting to encroach! When i write, it looks like along wait may be the problem as ive seen numerous people complain already! Luckily i has been in no hurry and acquired an hour . 5 to kill! I had a few beers plus some shrimp with veg that was actually very good. I had inquired for the shrimp shells to become removed however they hadn't bothered. also it had been a bt more costly than I has been expecting.
