I've read rave reviews around Aged Farm. And around Kota Kinabalu, you can find big signboards advertising reduced seafood costs (prawns at RM28 a kg). Don't think them. We had taken 2 West Malaysian friends to Aged Farm at City Recreation area. We paidRM25 for a little plate of 5 bits of prawns smothered in a edition of Tthai chili sauce. With close friends around, I could not really make it a concern at the table. Afterwards, when I complained at the counter, the boss woman said it had been big prawns. I informed her it was mid-sized. After that she said it had been deep sea. Seriously, I reside in Sabah. I understand my prawns. A little bowl of frittered squid price RM20. I could obtain it at significantly less than that somewhere else. Kangkong belacan will be RM16. Ridiculous. The flavor of food is appropriate, but not cuisine regular. When I shared my expertise with my girl buddies, they explained Old Farm includes a reputation to be expensive. I QUICKLY wondered why I have already been reading all reviews that are positive on the internet, no warnings about its higher price. I'll never go there once again. I sensed embarrassed at the indegent portion offering with close friends around, and it ended up being an expensive meal

Chance upon this location from a road aspect banner, they provide very fresh seafood prepared inside Cantonese design. Flower crab covered with salted egg yolk paste has been prepared at just the proper combination. The open atmosphere setting also managed to get conducive to take pleasure from some eveningbreeze with a jug of beer. Good spot to chill out by the end of the day.

The staff at Aged Farm was very useful. They spoke excellent English and had been very useful in explaining meals. The service was quick, the meals was fresh also it was nice having the ability to sit outside.
