I actually was highly recommended to go to this place. It had been a total disappointment. We were several 10 and we ordered everything on the menu. The noodles and the soups are average. There's long waiting time which is overvalued by localstandards. I would not advocate this place. I believe it has approved its peak.

I visited this cafe for days gone by 10 years in fact it is getting worse and worse when arrived at the quality, volume and preparation of the meals. The old boss isn't supervising the restaurant any longer, so when exceeded to his sons and girl inlaw, the old great taste is not any longer maintained any more. So it's no point for all of us to purposely head to eat.

I found this restaurant frequently, for yrs, and the purchase price is getting increasingly more expensive (Now it really is more costly than local regular). On an excellent day time, the siew yoke will be amazing, incidentally when we came right here, we purchased thefish golf ball soup and fresh seafood slices soup, two siew yoke kon lou mee, it costs us a lot more than RM50.00. The springtime onion and cilantro that the placed into the soup is really a bit an excessive amount of for our preference, ont the soup. We were told to chair/eat at the eating place space on the initial flooring, and we sat close to the window, also it smells (cat pee & poo). I don't believe they clean the area thoroughly.

I have been approaching here with my children since my childhood times. We still come right here eventhough I think the meals quality had diminished through the entire years. This evaluation is for my dinner today. I experienced the Kon Lau Mee with Seafood Ball soup likeI often do and a bowl of sau nyuk (roast pork). The noodle was dry and hard. I don't believe my plate has good enough sauce onto it. Two of my children members also said exactly the same as the others felt enjoy it was just alright (food quality not constant). The soup was great though I got to add a little bit of pepper to match my flavor. My sister purchased the chicken porridge, however the taste had not been like I remembered. It was previously solid and creamy whereas nowadays it was a little watery and bland. The only real good point today may be the roast pork. Your skin will be crispy and the meats was tasty and marinated perfectly. This restaurant also sells chim piang (chinese five spiced doughnut) that is among my favourites in KK.

Went from insistence of old buddy. Staff significantly friendlier than 12 a few months ago. Roast pork has been greatest I tasted in kk for lengthy long time. Tofu had been like it was years back. Coffee was excellent. Based on nowadays, I think the proprietors have got triedto up their video game and restore previous glory. Even discover tiu po smiled at me whilst gathering my money.

I used to regular this shop frequently when We was younger, a lot more than 10 many years ago. I really enjoyed the noodles with seafood paste and seafood slice. WHEN I started working overseas, whenever I'm back in town, I usually ensured I cameby this look for my favourite bowl. Nevertheless, recent years the product quality has dropped each time I visited. Today, everything was poor, from the noodles (overcooked), to the seafood (bland), and the char siew (roasted pork, gamey and overly sweet) ! Really disappointed. I am hoping they keep up with their previous quality !

You can find two restaurants with same name, with an added shop right among. We were well informed that both to become under the exact same boss. Visited the main one with traditional restaurant interior. Chewy seafood dumplings in tasty broth.

It is a very local eatery with noodles blended with soya sauce and separate dishes of meat or seafood. The soup with meats or seafood is quite tasty. Price is acceptable although it's slightly greater than various other noodles marketed locally. For the grade of foods,I don't brain paying this cost. The mushroom wantan and prawn soup is quite yummy.

The "Yu Wat" used to possess more "texture/chewy" and the soup/broth is very clear with clean taste. Had the "Yu Wat" soup today and the soup is cloudy and also have this fishy flavor. The "Yu Wat" consistency is cakey. The "Sau Nyuk" is good.... crispyskin and tender meat.
