This is another good place for roti chennai, roti (the veggie one), and roti telur. Remember that this is nothing beats I've consumed in India, so it's a hybrid, Malaysian-Indian. We enjoyed it nevertheless. The coffee was great as well. The atmosphereis a little busy, but then this is a cafe in underneath ground of a mall.

Optimistic side - This place is in fact an Indian muslim restaurant, serving nearby Malaysian food along with Indian cooking style. You may get a good roti canai, roti sardin and mee goreng mamak in right here. It opens up earlier at 8 while some at 9.Poor side- the roti chef will not wear a hat to cover his hair, maintain a moustache and will not washing his hands following developing from toilet. The majority of the service staff had been Indian male. Their entire body is smelly.

OK, therefore the location on underneath flooring of Centrepoint is meh, however the food and the worthiness for money are excellent! We are enthusiasts of roti canai and murtabak in any case, but when we study a blog page by Thanis Lim stating 'try the roti cobra...'we simply had to provide it a chance. The restaurant is simply as you decrease the escalator/stairs...right ahead about the left part. A 'roti cobra' ended up being a plateful of gentle roti canai, topped with a gentle, aromatic curry ( we chosen poultry/ayam), a sunny-aspect egg, plus some green beans. It had been delicious, and certainly stuffed us for the night time. 2 plates of this, plus 2 carbonated drinks came to significantly less than £2 each...incredible value! They will have pictures through to the wall of these main meals and 'roti cobra' will be #1 1, so just stage at that to purchase if your Malay isn't around it. Still no concept why it's known as a 'cobra' though!

We tried the roti cobra (RM6.50), it had been so thus only. It's just roti canai with curry poultry and the gravy, with veggie and a sunny part egg together with it. So individually there's very little special concerning this dish. However, the muchunder-ranked mee goreng mamak (stir fried rice noodles, RM6.50) is beyond expectation. The aroma of the char wok blends flawlessly with the noodles, with a tingle twist of lime, we couldn't withstand forking a mouthful of noodles on each bite.

The Roti Cobra - plain roti prata with veggie, chicken curry and something sunny side up egg, all along with the roti prata - is a good combination. The curry will be heavy and taste excellent. 2 big chunks of poultry. The noodles is alsovery good. Simple location for food, situated in basement of Center Point Shopping Center. A standard Mamak Restaurant who provides produced some twist to just how roti prata is offered. A must visit location for the roti cobra.

We were randomly wandering through the buying centre food court whenever we discovered this restaurant that has been really busy. We had been used by the murtabak which we've had on a prior visit to Malaysia. Prepared on a sizzling plate instead of deepfried and filled with lamb and vegetables and dipped in curry sauce this is delicious. It had been a generous provide for 12RM.

I actually was genuinely excited to use the Roti Cobra that I’d find out about from testimonials. When I got eventually to the cafe? I asked one woman for the Roti Cobra (in english) who waved me on, I presume because she couldn’t understand me, that is fine. Then i asked another server waiting around at the transaction counter who basically explained to disappear completely. That’s fine, quite crap support though and there’s a lot of other places which are just as inexpensive to eat in KK!

Had a poultry murtabak with poultry curry for lunch time with a sit down elsewhere. The murtabak was delicious. The coffee was as well nice for my liking. The area was busy and foods arrived promptly.

Wouldn't normally necessarily recommend eating as of this place if you can find other choices available. The meals is average at greatest with regards to flavor and is served frosty ( a chilly rice and meat won't taste good even though cooked nicely)!!! Their rotiis okay but my purchase was smudged once and I acquired stiff, oily bits of bread that is concerning for insufficient consistency in how properly they create their roti. I'm providing them with 2 stars rather than one because a few of the employees are responsive to suggestions (they heated my meals plate for me personally when I asked plus they changed my roti the very next day when I informed them). I visited this place predicated on good google evaluations (which are often spot on) however they were a significant disappointment 😕.
