16 Jan 2020. What a wonderful evening spent with my daughter. Beautiful dining set up and we’re very fortunate that the elements was great on that day. We'd 2 group of 5 courses Established Dinner Menus A and B. A lady assistance crew took ourdrinks purchase and after short while another program crew took our Meals order. Waited related to 25 minutes for the 1st training course. Appetizer have become savoury and yummy, I has been bit surprised our 2nd program are offered while we’re nevertheless eating our appetizer, therefore we must quickly surface finish it and opt for the Soups. Good part of soups that people finished it in 2nd. Haha! Currently, there’s nobody attend our desk to very clear plates or ask easily want another drinks. Therefore I’ve to utilized my torch from my cellular to give a sign. Unfortunately none of the crew observed and also the staffs that appears at the Bar wasn’t aware. It requires pretty long to obtain them see us. There comes an extremely gentleman crew, Ive complaint to him that no one’s attending / examining our desk, he answered politely , apologies and explained that wasn’t his service region. He offered and can ingest charge to be mindful our table, indeed he's got done the very best. Our 3rd training course came with time and furthermore the remaining course. All meals were fingers licking great, reasonable price and great portion. Great supper and we liked it very much. Best foods experience, thumbs around the Chef. Will recommend to family and friends. My companion and l were residing at the Magallen and were really looking towards sunset cocktails at the Horizon. We produced our way around the 12th floor and then be turned apart at the entranceway. My partner had wonderful outfit shorts on anda fine shirt. They wouldn't allow him in due to the shorts. Even though, searching through the Horizon Instagram web page, there are men putting on shorts! I suspect we didn't quite match their "clientele" (getting Westerners). Extremely disappointing. They lost clients which were going to end up being willing to spend a substantial amount of money on beverages and dinner. Will not be going back.

Atten Horizon Restaurant, I'm very disappointed because I've booked as picture. Unfortunately ypu personnel at lobby mention that I'm late and really should arrive 6pm but my booking is 7pm. And the worst encounter, I been find at degree 11 and I dontenjoy at all. Shall your employees inform if level 12 is not any table available.

The worst eating experience. Your staff wasnt certain about menu and advertising. They serve us various wine rather than the one we purchased and told us exactly the same. We are getting unattended and waiter / waitress are unfriendly. And horizon eating place is usually in a quarantinehotel constructing. Oh please inform once you consider reservation, Atleast guest know about it, and we'll so shock directly after we obtain to know following the dinner.

Not family pleasant. Under 18 prohibited.. i wish they might mention it someplace on the website. Went completely there just to become rejected at the entranceway. They do swrve meals dont realize why they wouldnt enable under 18.
