During the tripthrough Malaysia we (band of 6 people) wished to possess sone Italian food with regard to a big change and Gusto has been an ideal choice. Being simply at the waterfront with some cooling atmosphere all of the pasta we purchased was done in an excellent wayie al dente sufficient reason for excellent taste. Desserts, espresso and housewines were fantastic too. We'd definately go again.

We visited gusto due to the great reviews. Whenever we arrived there we had been welcomed by a pleasant gentlemen who assisted us good. Your wine we ordered was good however the food simply wasn’t that good. We'd a pizza and the exclusive beef(can’t remember the title but it was probably the most costly on the menu) also it wasn’t actually tasteful. When we mentioned that to the waiter he didn’t actually respond and one hour later both of us got abdomen cramps from the meals. So we wouldn’t recommend this location.

I've written many testimonials, but I think that is my longest & most negative, therefore i apologise to readers beforehand. We came here having browse the Trip Advisor evaluations so when it was among the best rated dining places inside KK. Having readthe testimonials, I suspect I'll receive some arrogant reaction from the owner. Positives: The quattro formaggi pizza has been delicious. Good ingredients, well prepared, we adored it. The garlic loaf of bread was also excellent. Wonderful location, ideal for sunset. Negatives: The mindset of the person (the dog owner) that spoke to us whenever we arrived and when we'd a query had been rude and unprofessional. When inquired if it had been possible to purchase a pizza each (it isn't, they only purchase in sufficiently dough to permit one pizza between two) his reply could have said the term "sorry", but was by no means genuinely apologetic. When requested why he didn't purchase in more dough in this peak period when many individuals want pizza, his reply has been snappy and illogical. His attitude had been just usually appalling and he could be exactly the kind of bitter expat you stay away from when living abroad. There is another westerner employed in the cafe who was wearing a vintage band's vest clothing and, I am sorry, but in case a Malaysian waiter resulted in to work at a reasonably expensive eating place wearing that you'll tell him to go back home for looking unprofessional, why is it alright for the westerner to check dishevelled? Also, I know it is a cultural thing, however the waitress suggested if you ask me that my wife must have a salad or pasta when I said both of us wanted pizza. This place knows their location is fantastic and can always get customers due to that, but I was infuriated before our food ever arrived and can never go back.

The pizza was great, the burgandy or merlot wine was extremely good. Although it will be on the waterfront there’s not necessarily much to notice there, apart from big fishing boats for sale and waste/plastic material floating in the drinking water. They had go out of several things on the menu whenwe visited. Place had nice environment.

We ordered the Gusto pizza with more anchovies. This crispy crust and incredibly delicious. The support was a little slow the night time we had been they. It had been a busy season.

Food and wines both excellent and excellent value. Sunset then supper. Excellent find. We ate right here twice in 3 times which we in no way do.

Wonderful real Italian high quality food! Simple menus and everything was 100% delicious. Friendly real Italian proprietor and cook in an exceedingly romantic setting. Would recommend!
