We dined at Imago on 15.11.17 once we love the meals and so are regulars here. Nevertheless, the restaurant includes a horrible captain or manager. 2nd time that we are increasingly being ill treated. First-time she has been rude and impatient whenever we requested for suggestionson what things to order for dessert. 2nd time which happened yesterday evening had been uncalled pfor. I questioned for fork and spoon as my foods has recently arrived and I has been securing to my 4 30 days old infant which she noticed (unless she actually is blind). More, the utensils counter had been right close to me. She rudely mentioned wait and continued gathering plates and utensils to put on a clear table where no-one was looking forward to her to create the desk. She went round carrying out random things before she returned a good ten minutes later to provide me my fork and spoon which she got from exactly the same table close to me. By after that, I have already inquired for my fork and spoon and distributed by the staff instantly. She provided me rudely and I stated it’s ok, your employees has given me currently. She switched abruptly and mentioned ‘ish’ extremely loudly (obviously for me to listen to) and threw the fork and spoon on a clear table close by. What did I really do to warrant these kinds of attitude? If she actually is therefore unhappy about serving individuals, she shouldn't be a captain. We have been having to pay to dine at your eating place and be dealt with with respect, not really treated like trash! Hopefully that the Management can do something about her once we will surely not really return back as Long as she actually is still functioning there. She ruined mine and my family’s supper with her stinking mindset.

The food there is alright, it had been during supper and there is not this type of big crowd, therefore i was able to get yourself a seat fast. Just had some snack foods type of food also it was good.

Proceeded to go here for lunch time with my children. Restaurant is situated in Imago retail center. Food was great however the serving just a little small. Plenty of dishes we wished to order had not been available aswell on your day. Deco of the cafe is nice. Willcome once again for the food.

I’m a normal dragon i consumer in KL, foods is good and providers I received back KL were good. Not inside KK branch, to my shock no one entertain my children after while looking forward to the queue (no more than 4-5 tables occupied then inthe eating place with at the very least 4 waiters). Taking order had been slow, unfriendly waiters and these only spoilt my dining disposition.

Always full with individuals and have to take number to be able to have seat. Dragon I assist mostly Chinese foods, flavor isn't bad but only inside small portion.. price furthermore expensive weighed against other dining places at Imago RETAIL CENTER.
