Service has been terrible. I ordered beverages no receipt was provided. Which means I didn't know very well what was my purchase amount. I waited for a lot more than a quarter-hour and I had not been called to obtain my take away. But when I walked to the selection counter, my beverages were prepared but was put beneath the counter. I wasted my period looking forward to my already ready beverages. I had to stroll over and have for my beverages. The staff didn't describe why the drinks weren't directed at me and didn't state sorry or whatsoever. I'm so dissatisfied with the service.

The meals was quite wonderful n drinks aren't so very bad. We took lighting meals- sandwiches, tuna rice n onion band. 1 blended espresso n hot dark sesame. For me, food portion quite little for the expensive cost. Because of this experience, i instead head to other nice cafe

Benefit from the calmness, and minimalism. Beverages are fine. They do serve foods which doesn't in fact suck. Recommended.

Ambiance, payment method, meals & drinks choices, and seating plans are excellent.Just the music selection is really a bit off and there is absolutely no rubbish bin in the toilet.

Visited the other day, the service was bad!Where were their SOP? ==== How bad?- stood for short while, not being go to- don’t greet, nor request what you would like to order (not pleasant, lack of professionalism)- wished to collect my associate points, had some problems logging within, cashier wasn’t helpful, simply position there and stare at myself.. like seriously? so ultimately I didn’t not gather my point, simply proceeded to transaction==== beverageI purchased Matcha Milk in Foam Collection, with ocean salt. I barely flavor the ocean salt, and the foam had been very concentrated, like extremely GAO. It had been difficult to combine it with Matcha Milk. It was previously my fav Chatto beverage… Extremely disappointing.Besides, Korean Collection is not currently available. Their Korean fried poultry was tasty!Chatto, please teach your workers, specifically cashier, if you want to have more sales
