It is a famous Nasi Sumatera in Kelantan/ Kota Bharu. Regular dish is whitened rice with fried poultry plus some fried bean sprouts additional with their very own spicy sauces. Fried poultry thighs very very great. They fried the poultry without skins, therefore the flavour will be all in the meats. It may appear dried out but juicy inside. Must try out. But if removing, better to contact and pre purchase in advanced.
