Tidak mementingkan customer worth!!!Servis sangat tidak memuaskan hati. Purchase kopi latte panas di commute thru dan minta barista yang buat, lepas bayar terus get ke kaunter depan dan tengok kopi telah siap. Tanya staf budak perempuan tu betul ke barista yang buat dia cakap ye dan baru siap.. Bila ambil rasa pelik sebab mug terasa lebih panas drpd biasa yang barista buat. Takpela kita percaya tapi bila sampai rumah dan buka glass lid memang sah bukan barista yang buat. Nak tipu pun agak2 la, tambah2 kpd peminum kopi normal. Tengok pun dah tahu.Usahkan customer value, client satisfaction pun entah ke mana. The next time kita tahu la nak buat macam mana. Kat situ juga kita settle.
