This place is heaven if you are only searching for the expensive but oh-so-worth-it Callebaut and Valrhona series. There is a wall simply for them and I could almost taste the beautiful chocolate melting in my own mouth.The area is clean, organised and air conditioned. They market restricted ranges of baking substances and equipment. For the blissful luxury that the aforementioned brand names brings, I anticipated wider choice in basic components like butter flour (they just got AP), butter (no butter, simply margerine) and nuts (no nuts).
