Came here for the function, and the very first thing that struck myself when I arrived has been... where is the functionality located? This eating place has 2 flooring of dining locations, and there have been 2 functions there in those days. No signage, etc. to point diners tothe correct place. (A few of my friends also mistakenly went to the incorrect functionality and sat down at among the tables, until they noticed they were in the incorrect function!) Function dinners normally includes an 8-course dinner, and the meals quality and preferences here were inconsistent. The initial course (4 periods) had some delicious and in addition tasteless bits thrown collectively. The seafood and prawn meals were OK, as the blended vege platter acquired too large a flame at the bottom, burning a few of the vege and crusting the steel plate, while developing a nauseating burning scent. Desserts comprising baked sesame/meats buns and longan had been commendable, though. Service-wise, these were obviously shorthanded inside handling full-house events, once we had to flag lower a server each time we wanted some provider. Also, one annoying routine of 1 of the servers had been that she kept attempting to take away the meals shortly after it had been served, even when individuals were just halfway through the dish! Be aware that this place Don't have lifts! As we had been seated at top of the floor, we pointed out that some visitors on wheelchairs needed to be carried up the trip of stairs! Very inconvenient for the disabled and in addition elderly guests. Overall, there are several other good dining areas within the region, so you may desire to give this location a skip and appearance around for better foods and service...

to begin with, unfriendly local employee and foreign employee, the worker there's rude when my pal and we had asked them to create us quite a few spoon and fork, furthermore those tableware aren't clean at all specifically the glass, it involve some stain onit in fact it is unable to clean off by tissue as well as wash with water. Worthless after create a complaint to supervisor there, apparently the supervisor doesn't want any enhancement, the supervisor said it had been customer fault and then make the employee rude to us, just what a terrible service actually i had experienced.

Dine here with several friend for the annual pre-Chinese New Season dinner. The cafe was spend the wedding functions (2 supper banquet), company annual supper (3 functions) along with other patrons. Was chair at a desk on the trunk section on the very first floor.Food high quality was very poor and taste was lacking. Maybe, it had been our wrong timing, because the restaurant was very busy, hence extremely poor service. Wouldn't return rather than soon.

The atmosphere was an enormous contrast to the event room which housed a vintage Boys Association supper that I attended in Aug 2015. Cafe was vivid, spacious unlike nearly all Chinese restaurants, higher ceiling plus some waiters had been suitably attired. Service has been great, prompt and friendly.We was there for supper with several ex - classmates and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

An extremely bad experience whenever we encounter the cockroach inside the pao, complained to the captain who the gave us free of charge pao rather than apologetic at all, we refused the free of charge pao, waiter was careless and spilled a glass of hot tea around mybrother and didn't treatment to apologise , captain working didn't do anything about any of it , kitchen doorway was kept opened and odor of frying linger inside the dining hall, To the dear administration t , a formal complain letter is coming .will are accountable to health ministry to check into with their kitchen hygiene .

Haven't have such poor food in some time esp within Klang. Would prefer to have a straightforward mamak meals than crap as of this place. Service is poor, plates and cutlery are usually aged, stained and dirty (not washed properly), feels as though eating dinner out of a canines plate.Management haven't any means of improving. Avoid avoid avoid.

We'd eaten at both dining places in Klang and Setia Alam. The eating place at Setia Alam caters a large number of wedding features. There is price cut for dim sum everyday and also permitted to order one particular discounted dish that is various each dayper desk. The Dim sum will be good and the purchase price will be reasonable after discount. The restaurant placing in Setia Alam is standard, not grand in outlook plus some table cloths are stained which l think they ought to maintain an excellent image. We'd dinners and Dim sum many times before as the taste is great and suitable to your flavor bud. Would recommend to use this restaurant.
