Poor customer service in one Chinese guy with spectacle.. Impolite attitude with client. Heading to outlet purchase for takeaway on 6th Feb 2021 night time 8pm, the Chinese guy with spectacle really impatiently taking purchase and blaming consumer for ordering at past due time. If outlet will closed or as well buzy, you might reject customer purchase politely, not really blaming and scolding client. Disappointed customer service.

我原是经常光顾这间店 那时还算不错满意 直到之前有一段日子没去吃了 想说今天心血来潮来吃 叫了一碗粿条加蛋 面也是凉了 那个蛋是冷的 像是早早煮了然后已经放凉很久 呵呵 点了一杯龙眼 比白开水还白开水 而且还是加了冰块放在冰箱那种 我建议你们可以改换成快餐店 喔不对 快餐店的食物至少还是热的 要嘛换员工 要嘛关店 跟服务员说了 她还敢说蛋本来就是冷的 这句话你敢说 我都不敢听 拜托 什么叫本来就是冷 如果你们不是为了方便 煮多多然后放着 也不至于我吃到的那颗蛋已经冷到这样？我吃下去整个想吐出来 ????????????
