I actually ordered Oyster mee suah (flour vermicelli) since i have am craving for this. The mee suah includes fresh oysters, shredded poultry and coriander. The mee suah becoming prepared at that moment and served sizzling. You have choices of incorporating vinegar. I love the texture of the mee suah. The oysters are usually fresh.
