Well-known for its Brown Glucose Cake (also the English title because of this cafe type eatery). But we came here designed for its "hae chee" (prawn fritters) which didn't disappoint us. That which was disappointing though, was the very long queue outside for the table (because of MCO)and then because of its popular Pork Ribs Rice, which proved quite well but in all honesty not worth the wait around. Getting said that, I have to commend the servers because of their intensive politeness and helpfulness inside dealing with the queue (quite unlike the knowledge of the reviewer before me). Or even for the constant interest of the waiter who held coming out to be sure of us (and, take note this, to change our waiting numbers 1,2,3..... so you know how a lot more could it be before your turn) I'd have left already! I furthermore noticed how they politely crystal clear the slow customers who've finished their dinner by asking them should they wish to settle the costs. This despite an indicator limiting each desk to 45minutes in order that no-one hogs a desk for too long. Anyway, I think it is a perfect location for light meals in the event that you fancy neighborhood flavours within a cafe environment, provided there is absolutely no queue. In any other case prepare to hold back half an hour.
