The term " Sate Kajang Hj.Samuri" is not any longer unfamiliar to the Malaysian's ear . Well-known for it's delicious & completely cooked satay , has lastly opened up their branch in Bandar Bukit Tinggi this means I won't need to drive completely to Kajangjust to find the best satay . It is a big restaurant comprising two shop a lot combined located opposing Aeon Bukit Tinggi . Wished to test it out for therefore we went during supper , also known as " peak hours " . Once we entered , the place has been suprisingly empty with just a few band of family & home design was basic and dull . Attained the counter , I sensed how sticky the counter and the menus , which currently decreased my degree of interests for the meals. Workers & service was alright , though with the quantity of employees there , we still need to carry our foods to the table .Menus was average , costs were expensive. They work poultry , beef , lamb & rabbit satay with "nasi impit" as main dishes. Both of us purchased milo ais .Next , I noticed there is a tear in the couch ( I suppose it's an old sofa) , stains of peanut sauce about where we sat in , tables were oily & sticky same would go to the ground ( I nearly slip and fall close to the cooking area). I loose my urge for food the moment once the satay we purchased arrived , it had been cold & very difficult to chew ( aside from the lamb satay bc they make it at that moment). I had been so dissapointed because I anticipated their standards ought to be the exact same as the main one in Kajang , and we also paid a big sum ! So expensive ! ( the people marketed at 555 Kopitiam will be way much better and more meats ) . I couldn't obtain my orders too as the employees ignored me and in addition caught those hateful pounds had been goofing around , realised our calls yet somehow to attend . The complete experience left this type of terrible one . Management must do something to resolve it or else you'd be loosing plenty of potential customers !
