I've been to the outlet along with many other Old City Outlets, all I needed was to take pleasure from breakfast......We ordered the attendant didn't understand english so properly therefore i explained to another staff well everything falls on deaf hearing. When OldTown first exposed service was great plus they offered the Kaya Toast since it should be warm and the butter melting..... I did so ask and the purchase arrived no anything like I anticipated..... this all dates back to teaching and training they're not doing.....customers aren't given first place also it shows....I'm disappointed with Old City and are also many friends I understand. Ultimately we the customers usually do not loose out we head to other brands and obtain the service we wish and pay for.

It's my favourite spot to have espresso with friends...though occasionally service is really a bit slower but there's so significantly improvement lately...espresso is good, staffs are usually efficient , comfortable atmosphere and prices are usually reasonable...keep improving...great job

1. Old City Assam Laksa 2. Ginger Flower & Lychee Syrup An excellent pace to relax following a Saturday's half day work. Selection of choices with good assistance. The ginger flower & lychee syrup must try. It tastes distinctive and recommended. A touch too sweet.In future need to mention less sugar. Fully recommended.
