My first click here, we ordered dumplings which fillings are pork,leek & prawn. It's nice however the service is horrible. The mentioned waiting period will be 15 mins. But just being served after 25 mins. We noticed some personnel shouting to request where's the dumpling to end up being cooked (that is what we purchased when we have already been waited for 15 mins!)Whenever we followed upward, the waitress inform that it'll normally took longer period, so please WAIT. okay fine, but what ensure it is even more worst will be that the customer that can come after us obtain dumplings Very first???!!!!!!!Besides, the place had not been hygiene from all. The desk was sticky, the ground was sticky, the bathroom . was dirty. Also the serving desk for sauce had been dirty! I somehow noticed some insects fly round the inside/outside the container.Lastly, i really dont obtain it that how they are able to get A on the cleanliness.

1 用餐的环境卫生很糟糕，餐具都没有洗干净，油油的2 水饺不熟，知会了服务生以后，第二次送来依然不熟，第三次送来还是不熟，重新做了三次依然不熟。 3 服务生态度有待加强，第三次知会服务生水饺不熟时，他却"俏皮"地回答"这次又不熟了哇" 。除此之外，服务生在送餐时候将手指放入碗中。看到有水饺倾斜了，居然用手指直接推水饺进碗!!!!雷到哭

The service is indeed bad & terrible, the staff is similar to not welcoming you. I have already been two times here, the assistance gets worst.Food is okay however the second dinning encounters is too bad, cooking area staff members is shouting with front side desk staff plus they just communicate/shouting like this in front of consumer saying that not the dumpling that she need or whatsoever.I purchase dumpling, it took almost 30min to boil 8 dumpling. Once you ask the personnel, they simply replied is regular and you also have to wait since they have many purchase. In all honesty, i didn’t notice your purchase is many. 4 desk altogether at that one hour, one is offered whenever we reached. Another desk took order and will be cooking cause the desk has others meals. We are 3rd desk and we ordered prior to the 4th desk achieved after us, like 15min. Then your dumpling of 4th desk arrived at before me and based on the staff they will have so many several order therefore i have to wait around. If you are hungry, we advise not to move there because is crucial to wait because of their foods like 30min at the very least.Is okay, from now onwards i'll wait cause i'll no more visit you. Many thanks.Oh never to forget point out, the store is dirty, appear to be C for myself rather than A.
