Signature dish may be the "siput sedut" or balitong (Cerithidea obtusa / mud creeper), prepared with turmeric, bird's attention chili and coconut milk gravy. The dimension is a lot bigger than everything you found at the marketplace, so an advantage point there. The girl owner quite truthful on the purchase price being expensive because the siput sedut is a lot harder to get nowadays.
