Among their servers got our purchase wrong, rather than remaking the purchase, they asked us if we’d be alright with accepting the dish, that was already bizarre. We sensed bad so we do.We asked for a little soup (a large plate of soup was what we originally ordered).They didn’t provide any compensation out of courtesy, plus they asked us to cover a little soup before preparing it and also blamed us for accepting the incorrect dish to begin with.They ran from the other item that people ordered, so that it never came. And for 35 mins, nobody educated us.It’s really not concerning the cash, but it appears like the complete store has zero concept how to approach customer support. They gave us a huge amount of excuses rather than apologised. Simply ignorant, and ridiculously rude.

(Was told by way of a waiter at RM10 free flow through the entire night, that is why I ordered additional cup )Selling majorly Thai foods, served BBQ as well but isn't in the menus, BBQ portion is fantastic for at least 2 individual, that's what I had been informed, will invite my friends along next circular for that.We ordered fried seafood tom yam cup noodle for myself when i was having dinner only, average on taste.Quick and attentive service. Staffs are a lot and fast to respond. Friendly as well. Fried cup noodle and pineapple fried rice is excellent.Nevertheless the crispy pork is ridiculous. It really is similar to though dried meat a lot more than crispy. Bad customer service! Here's my story, we as loved ones proceeded to go there with my children to have dinner plus some beers there. We purchased the package deal for the beers and we'd 4 beers remaining at around 11pm. A waitress found our table and stated “last call” at 10.45pm, so we believed we can’t purchase anymore and we informed her forget about orders from our aspect. Around 11.05pm, whenever we wished to redeem our beers giving the total amount slips, the waiter said we have been closed. We had been surprised because there have been still individuals sitting and getting their drinks. Therefore we known as the manager/owner Joseph (he claimed himself to end up being) came and argued around for approximately 20 mins for absolutely nothing and said we have been wrong (first-time I have heard somebody saying the clients are wrong). No choice was given to the client, no sign board stating that their last contact at the bar reaches 10.45pm. He has been kept saying “keep coming back a later date to redeem the total amount beers. We furthermore told him we reside a long way away but he didn’t treatment. The management should certainly consider training their waiters/waitresses to connect in simple manner. Major miscommunication as the waitress didn’t learn how to move the information in basic term. By the end, we simply tore the total amount 4 slips and still left it there up for grabs.
