The majority of the food are usually vegetable and it had not been washing properly. Fish item and meat have become less and costly. The taste is poor.

Don't understand why often people queue upward for it. Nothing specific but smelly after arrived from the restaurant. Foods is just normal.

Actually I very prefer to eat BarBQ Plaza, but this branch of BarBQ plaza is indeed awful, and poor service. Sometime went is not any aircond & have to line up an extended longer Q + pork not fresh in all. Better head to Sunway pyramidBranch for having, NO Setia Town Mall also.

Has gone to this BarBQ Plaza frequently ...price are usually reasonable and I love the dipping Sauce.Great early or have to line up.

On Thurs 03 March 2016 at around 7pm, my friends and I went to BarBQ Plaza at Sg Wang Plaza for supper. We were provide a seat and from then on we were ignored permanently. When we arrived , fifty percent the eating place was empty. After40 mins another empty chairs were filled plus they were currently having their foods. We were nevertheless waiting. Despite informing the waiter TWICE to check on to understand why people to arrive late were currently eating while we had been nevertheless waiting, the waiters basically look blankly and didn't bother. We then made a decision to go out the restaurant once we do not really know if they will serve since it was already nearly 50mins of sitting. We were quite disgusted with the support. It was so bad and frankly the waiters there usually do not talk whenever we ask and weren't friendly. It is located in a tourist district sufficient reason for such poor service , it really is harmful to Kuala Lumpur. Furthermore, this is a BarBQ cafe plus they don't even have to cook the meals. There is absolutely no courtesy at all to at the very least advise us when there is any inner problem. What we can not accept is that nearly half the eating place patrons that emerged in after us had been served initial and having their foods.

I've eaten as of this outlet within Aeon Bukit Tinggi many times with my buddies through the years. When I very first started eating there, probably 4-5 years back, the provider was reasonably great. There'll always be an extended queue outside, whichever wall plug we goto but in the past, it was always well worth the wait. I don't know whether it's because it's in another outlet, but when We went there a few days back with my close friends to the BarBQ Plaza in Sunway Pyramid, it took quite a long time for our foods to reach. Service was very gradual and waiters oblivious to us contacting for them. I like the meals there, however the service is horrendous.

Food is as exactly like other outlet however the service here's really poor.All of the waiter and waitress are usually students without ethic or manners in order to serve the client. Serve the incorrect food, ignore client when contact them to purchase and rude while outingfood up for grabs. Cleanliness is other factor which i desire to highlight here. The desk sticky, the sauce bottle has been unclean, the burner are filthy with leftover food nevertheless hanging there.
