Long queue between 6pm to 7pm. The brand new QR code pre order system is good, just need improvement for choices of chicken ori/spicy, and special request. Staff have to be faster and much more accurate, didn't get my drinks (orange juice) with plus price been paid, and obtain extra mash potatoes with a missing coleslaw.

Poor service by staff especially the girl there. Management please take serious action with this. You also have CCtV to observes the way the staff there react with clients. Disappointed
