Kenapa ya servis semakin lambat? Lebih sejam dah menunggu tapi satu purchase pun tak dapat lagi. Bingsu + nasi ayam buttermilk + bihun sup. Kalau dah tau pelanggan selalu ramai, tambahlah pekerja. Kalau mesin tak cukup, tambah. Lambat sangat ni. Tolong buat sesuatu. Kualiti macam ni tak memuaskan langsung ni.
