A restaurant rated #1 wouldn't normally go wrong. This cafe specialised in claypot poultry rice prepared with charcoal. We ordered 1 pot (large) of the poultry rice, liver, choy sum and chicken foot. The portion is quite big for all of us (2A2C). The rice had been soft,completely cooked, chicken was furthermore really tender and flavourful.
