the chicken is well-marinated, fried perfectly and served piping hot. Both kuah (gravies) poured along with the chicken have become tasty and enhance the salty spiced fried poultry well. The new sambal belacan with lime fruit juice provides some zings of spiciness in to the basic steamed rice. This is a perfect combination. The flavor is intense and wealthy : salty, lovely, sourish and spicy.
