點了好幾樣餐,服務生也有重新唸一遍和我們確認.前幾道很快就上了,但最後有一道卻遲遲沒上,等了一小時問了服務員才知道根本沒key到那道餐.後來想說再等一陣子,但依舊沒有及時補上.餐營業忙能體諒和諒解.認為既然要從事服務業就應有即時學會處理突發情況的能力.而不是漏單了就抱著補單就好的態度去處理.然後讓客人又傻傻的重新等過.那時候還以為會因為服務員自己漏點所以優先把餐補上給我們,結果根本又是新一輪遙遙無期的等待.在高峰期出錯難免,客人反應之後依舊不把客人的需求當一回事這個行為真的很不可取.

We'd a reservations and received the area.However service is indeed bad that the doorways of the area kept getting left open up despite repeated reminders.We'd asked for the udon for the youngsters to become served first. We purchased at 740pm, coming to 730pm. However at 841pm the udon had been still not right here.We ordered Otoro that was likely to melt in the mouth area yet it was simply soft and chewy like Chotoro. When I comments, the waiter’s reply had been “huh?!”Furthermore, we speak English however the waiter held bringing the meals in and speaking within mandarin. We requested to learn the title of the dish in English however the individual has been clueless.This place includes a long queue and hard to obtain reservations but totally not worth enough time nor money.We also had to hold back extremely long for the meals to reach. At 9pm, we were still looking forward to food. That is ridiculous.Kid-friendliness: Totally not child friendly. We'd 3 kids however they simply ignored their existence and gave us cup plates and bowls and didn't have any kids cutlery. Usually do not bring small children here.In addition they kept serving the laundry where in fact the kids were in spite of repeated reminders never to. Because the children were sitting near to the entrance also it was an extended walk to the finish of the desk where it had been adults sitting.
